• Multi-institution support

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MuseumSoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into our system. We do not claim ownership of your patron data, membership information, or other content you create using our platform.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseumSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
